Toddlers become children and children become teenagers and for all of them the process of growing up involves their bodies undergoing considerable and often rapid changes. At the same time they enjoy the rough and tumble as they explore the world around, during which times they may experience, falls from playground equipment, the makeshift fun go cart that looses as wheel, or the tree swings that gives way, or it may be taking extra risk on a sledge.
It's often suggested that when kids take a fall – they brush themselves off and bounce back, but actually one can't help but wonder, how often do they incur a sprain of a joint or strain of a ligament that if left unresolved may cause the child to adapt their posture to compensate for pain or lack of movement at that particular joint.
